The rooftop seating was closed for maintenance without any prior announcement. There was construction happening nearby, causing some noise disturbance in the morning.

well-designed rooms with extremely comfy beds and amazing views. everything was perfect as expected, but the bathroom was too small. breakfast was plentiful, with nice variety. late check out too.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – just a short walk from the tram station which made it easy to get around to all parts of the city, including the iconic Sultanahmet area with its blue mosque topkapi palace museums, etc. The service was exceptional with 24-hour room service, bell staff/porter, and housekeeping making sure everything was always taken care of. The spa facilities were a great feature with a sauna, massage, steam room, and Turkish bath available for guests. I loved the sun terrace and garden area, it was a peaceful place to relax. Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel so I was able to stay connected with ease.

I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends who are looking for a practical place to stay in the city.

We had a fantastic stay at Nidya Hotel Galataport. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major tourist attractions. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was very clean. The hotel restaurant served delicious food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, especially the reception team. They went out of their way to take care of our requests and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the room size was impressive and offered a great view. The spaciousness of the room added to the comfort of our stay.

There were a few downsides to our experience. the location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was far from shops and markets.

We loved the central location of this hotel. It was in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. We could easily walk to Taksim Square, Galata Tower, and even catch a ferry from Kabatash Port. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was also quite good.

The noise from the nearby construction could be disturbing at times.

During our stay at Nidya Hotel Galataport, we were amazed by the stunning view of the Bosphorus from our room balcony. It was truly breath-taking to wake up to such a beautiful sight every morning. The room itself was also very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

Although the hotel is a bit far from the tram station, we found the calm and quiet area to be a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring Istanbul. We did have to walk a bit to reach the tram, which was a bit challenging with small children, but it was manageable.
